Dell laptop battery does not charge, only showing 0% available plugged in
All the time keep charger plugged, in Windows 10 search bar enter Device Manager , click Device Manger > expand Battery >there is one or more Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery,
to uninstall all of them: right click each of them > Uninstall, then Action > Scan for hardware change, then laptop might shutdown by itself,
power it on, it should start charging, percentage going up.

How to Find the Best Wi-Fi Channel for Your Router
Try to find which channel is less used and change to that channel on your router will improve connection signal quality
windows: download wifiinfoview http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wifi_information_view.html
unzip and run the exe, it will show all detected SSID and their channels used together with other info.
your SSID in use is high lighted in green
Mac: Wireless Diagnostics
MacOS has this feature built in. hold the Option key and click the Wi-Fi icon on the menu bar at the top of your screen. Select “Open Wireless Diagnostics.”
Ignore the wizard that appears. but click the Window menu and select Utilities.
Select the Wi-Fi Scan tab and click Scan Now.
The “Best 2.4 GHz Channels” and “Best 5 GHz” Channels” fields will recommend the ideal Wi-Fi channels you should be using on your router.
Linux: The iwlist Command
Open a Terminal and run the following command:
sudo iwlist wlan0 scan | grep \(Channel

If your blog is monetized with third-party providers or you’ve manually integrated AdSense in your blog, you will need to manually set up the content of the ads.txt file.
Sign in to Blogger.
In the top left, click the Down arrow .
Click the blog you want to set up an ads.txt file on.
On the left, click Settings.
Under "Settings," click Search preferences.
Under "Monetization," find "Custom ads.txt" and click Edit.
Click Yes.
Copy the settings from your third-party monetization provider and paste them in the text box.
Click Save settings.
Optional: To check the content of your ads.txt file, go to http:///ads.txt.
