1. Recruiters know the budget range of the position, if they did not tell you, ask for it. so job seekers know if they want to pursue the position, the bottom end, medium or the top end?
2. Recruiters know the interviewers information, say their linkedin profile, job seekers can research their specialties, their strength, if job seeker happens to know the area, they can try to talk more in that area which will impress interviewers more.
3. Recruiters know the company information especially culture, they know what culture the company emphasize on, the job seeker can talk more about it in interview which will impress interviewers more.
