IT job hunting tips from 10 years Canada work experience

1. First you must break language barrier, you should be confident to communicate with people of different accent.
usually the first round contact to you is from HR person who just gauge your language.
2. Google interview questions and answers of your position, modify answers according to your reality and rehearse well.also check glassdoor.com to see what current and former employee say about it
3. Find a recruiter to hunt job for you for free. save your time, also recruiter can land you a job with highest possible pay,
they charge employer not employee
4. Answer all questions positively, even for questions asking your weakness, do not be honest for these kind of question,
make up a fake answer which sounds and real answer but good for you.
5. interviewer asking too many compensation questions usually means they can not provide competitive compensation.
6. interviewer asking too many physical work environment questions means they do not have pleasant work environment.
7. And so on
