1. Freeze rows: select the row under the bottom last row that you want to freeze, View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Panes
2. Freeze columns: select the column right to the last column that you want to freeze, View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Panes
3. Freeze both rows and columns, select the intersection cell of step 1 and 2, View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Panes
