1.You need to have your own websites，if not you can apply free web pages from http://www.blogger.com/ or http://pages.google.com/ ，here you need a Google account, actually an email address of gmail is OK，you can apply gmail from http://www.gmail.com/ 。
2.After you own a web site or free pages from above，go to http://www.google.com/adsense apply an Adsense account，use your gmail email as user name, you need to provide real information and URL of your website，Google will verify，usually send you an email to your registered email。
3. Follow the instructions in the approval email, after you set up successfully, you will get a piece of HTML code, save it to a safe place, you may embed it to your web pages later，and Google Ads will display on your web pages automatically!。you earn money if somebody clicks it. the things you need to do is try to improve traffic to your websites.
