LG Stylo 2 LS775 stuck at "configuring your phone"

1. leave it there 15 minutes
2. Push volume up and volume down button at same time and hold. screen will show up SKIP button.

    We've been spinning in circles for days on this and this method worked!! I did not wait 15 minutes, maybe 3...and the skip screen popped up as accessable only after I pressed and released volume keysimultaneously. Thank you for your initial post!
